Warehouse storage rack could be divided into three types based on load capacity, which are light duty rack, medium duty rack and heavy duty rack. Mostly, heavy duty rack is used for storing palletized items. The load per level is from 1000 kilograms to 4000 kilograms.
It has following features:
1 Simple structure. The structure is made up of two basic elements, which are frame and beam.
2 Beam level height to floor is adjustable based on storage needs. Upright has a lot holes for beam end connector to fit in. The distance between two holes on vertical direction is 75mm or 50mm, which ensure the beam could be adjusted by multiple of 75mm or 50mm.
3 Customized size and load. To meet different weight storage, we have different upright and beam section for choice. And rack size is made to suit your pallet size.
4 Flexible storage and retrieval. It is used to store items with big categories or small category. It has no limit on forklift models.
5 When equipped with shelf, it could be used to store both palletized items and manual operation items.
6 The cost is the lowest among racks for pallet storage.

For less than container quantity order: plywood box or other that can keep the product safe during transportation

Our factory is in Ma'anshan. It is 30 km from Nanjing Lukou international airport, 48 km from Nanjing south railway station, and 24 km from Ma'anshandong railway station.
